Do you ever put yourself first? or do you put others first? Always?
It's often more natural to think of others first and care and consider their needs before your own. I am a psychologist with nearly 30 years experience and I struggle with being kind to myself. I know it is important and I tell my clients to be kinder to themselves, but in truth I also know how hard it is. I feel like a fraud sometimes, but you know what I also realise, I'm human too!
Everything on this website and in the Substack newsletter is based on my experience but also my own personal struggles. I want this space to be real.
